Nixa Area Chamber of Commerce 

• Transformed a struggling Nixa Chamber into a thriving, financially stable organization serving over 550 members—more than doubling membership and becoming one of the region’s largest chambers.

• Launched key programs including Nixa Young Professionals, Top 10 Under 40, and a revitalized Working Women in Nixa, all focused on leadership development and engagement.

• Expanded event offerings by revamping legacy programs such as the annual banquet ("The Nixies"), the chamber golf tournament, and the Nixa Sky High Fireworks, while also leading the successful transition of Nixa Sucker Days into a major three-day festival drawing up to 20,000 attendees.

• Developed business training initiatives and implemented a modern sponsorship program that significantly increased non-dues revenue through strategic volunteer engagement.

• Elevated marketing and visibility through a redesigned website, creation of the Experience Nixa mobile app, and nationally recognized Facebook Live content strategies.

• Founded the Nixa Arts Council and led the acquisition and full renovation of a 3,700 sq. ft. building to serve as the Chamber office and community welcome center.

• Number 7 in Net Recruiting for all of Keller Williams in 2016 out of 700 Offices 

• As the CEO, Helped KW in Springfield grow from 103 agents to over 300 agents and grow from Market Share of 5% to over 20% 

• Generated over $1 Million in Owner Profit for KW Springfield in 4 Years. This was more than the previous 11 years combined of the company’s history. 

• Invitation to be one of the guest speakers at Keller Williams National Convention called Family Reunion* in the breakout sessions. 

• Featured Videos* and Articles in the SBJ about KW and Leadership 

• Serve on Ambassador Program for a KW Leadership Recruiting Website called Recruiting Bridge
